The World's Largest Tunnel Aquarium

The thematic journey begins with the world's seas and oceans. The Indian Ocean, Red Sea, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans welcome you in 4 thematic aquariums located side by side. You can see examples of underwater life in Antalya and its surroundings in the large cylindrical aquarium on the left and the small aquariums around it.

After seeing the mysterious life in underwater caves, you will see the world rivers section. After the Nile and Amazon rivers, you will see the Asian rivers. After passing in front of the waterfall, you will see a plant aquarium. As you continue through the dark corridor, you will meet Moray Eels and Porpoises.

To relax a bit and read the interesting story of Noah's Flood, you can sit around the feeding pool, where you can experience feeding the stingray with your hands. The aquariums in this section also feature large thematic aquariums depicting the Turkish seas and the pier foot and Demre Çay Mouth regions. The section you will encounter after the eels is the Tropical Reef section. You can see live corals, clown fish, seahorses, lionfish, octopuses and giant moray eels up close here. There are also Sturgeon fish in the large aquarium on the right side of the same section.

The last stop of the thematic section is the Shark tank. Following this theme, which also tells interesting stories from Easter Island, you go down one floor of the stairs on the right.

The total water volume of the aquariums in Antalya Aquarium is approximately 7.5 million liters and there are hundreds of sharks in the aquariums. Do not forget to follow the regular shark feeding hours every day.
