ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is Law No. 4077 on the Protection of CONSUMERS - Distance Contracts Implementation Procedures and Principles regarding the sale and performance of the service, which the AGENCY sells to the CONSUMER electronically on the website www.alanyasunnytours.com, whose qualifications and sales price are stated below. ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1- CONSUMER declares that he understands and has knowledge of the qualities of the tour and service subject to the contract, the sales amount and payment method and all preliminary information regarding the performance and has made the necessary confirmation electronically.

2.2- AGENCY is responsible to the CONSUMER for ensuring that the tour and service subject to the contract are as written.

2.3-AGENCY is responsible for compensation and penalties that may arise if it does not comply with the contract.

2.4- The CONSUMER must notify the AGENCY in writing about the issues he/she complains about. The AGENCY is responsible for finding many solutions within the framework of good faith approaches.

2.5- CONSUMER may change the tour date to a later date without paying any additional fee, if he notifies 3 days in advance.

2.6- CONSUMER does not pay any additional service + VAT fee for the service he receives. All prices include VAT.

ARTICLE 3 – CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER

3.1- Although the AGENCY provides the necessary tour environment, it may cancel the trip due to force majeure (situations such as earthquake, terrorist incident, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, war, road obstacles and unforeseen technical difficulties, etc.). In this case, the consumer has no right to COMPENSATION. Optionally, you can benefit from our services in the coming days.

3.2- CONSUMER can cancel the tour and get a refund up to 3 days before the tour duration.

3.2-If the CONSUMER requests withdrawal 2 days before the tour duration, he can get 50% of his money refunded.

3.3- CONSUMER cannot request cancellation less than 2 days in advance. He promises to pay all his money if he is found. Date changes made by the CONSUMER at this time are null and void.

3.4-CONSUMER has the right to transfer the tour to the person he/she wishes until 3 days before the tour.

3.5-If the CONSUMER does not notify in writing that he cannot attend a tour he missed. AGENCY has the right to cancel the customer's tours after 24 hours. In such cases, no refund will be made.

3.6-AGENCY has the right to cancel the whole or part of the tour if it deems necessary. In such cases, the consumer must notify the CONSUMER of the tour change by making a written notification. AGENCY may change the visit order of the tours upon written notification. In such cases, if the CONSUMER does not want to participate in the tour, the unconsumed service can be refunded.

3.7-AGENCY may notify tour cancellations to the CONSUMER personally or may also announce them on the website. The consumer personally accepts and confirms this situation.

ARTICLE 4 COMPETENT COURT

Alanya Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees are responsible for any problems that may arise in the implementation of this agreement.

CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this agreement.
