Alanya Shipyard (Alanya Tersanesi)

Alanya Shipyard is the only shipyard from the Seljuk period that has survived to the present day in Turkey.

Located south of the Red Tower (Kızıl Kule), right by the sea, the shipyard was built in 1228 by Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I.
